At Fixiyo, we want you to be fully satisfied with the home services you receive through our platform. If for any reason you're not, we have a refund policy in place to ensure peace of mind. 

 1. Eligibility:    

  Refunds are available for services booked directly through the *Fixiyo Home Services* app or via authorized service providers.   

  Refund requests must be made within a specified period, typically within 7 days of the service completion. 

 

 2. Refund Request Process:    

  To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team using the channels listed in the app or your booking confirmation email.   

  You may need to provide details such as the service order number or receipt.   

  Our team will guide you through the steps required for processing your refund request.
